Getting Started
Click on the Book Now button to set up a date and time for an in-person evaluation. Payment ($50) is due upon booking. We have 3 meeting locations: - (Schedule Full) Our downtown Colorado Springs office - 24 South Weber St., Ste 205 - (Schedule Full) VillaCafe at VillaSport Athletic Club, 5904 Prairie Schooner Dr - Woodland Park, CO - location TBT with client **Please check back soon for appointment times in 2021 or schedule a basic online evaluation instead! All meetings will be held at one of these locations (chosen during scheduling) unless prior arrangements are made. For meetings not in one of these 3 locations, please contact us for travel fees. |
Prepare Work Samples
By law we must evaluate each area of required instruction. This includes, reading, writing (language arts), speaking, math, civics (government), history, literature, and science. Please have 1-2 samples or examples of learning from each required area.

Meet
We will meet with you at the location you choose during registration. We will spend some time getting to know you and your child(ren), view work samples and/or examples of learning. We will complete documentation at the conclusion of our meeting and you will have it to take with you.

Completion
Your end results will be a quality evaluation with appropriate documentation that you may copy and mail to the school district that received your letter of intent or your umbrella school.
