Step 1. Confirm that you are registering for a FREE Thrive evaluation between Feb 15 - May 15 of the current school year. Outside of these dates, you'll need to pay for the evaluation yourself here.
Step 2. Quickly and easily provide details about your child's learning with our new, user-friendly system! (No more worries wondering what to send. Our system will guide you.)
Step 3. Upload 1 sample each for reading, writing, and math.
Step 4. We'll review your child's information and email you the evaluation documentation.
