Colorado law (C.R.S. 22-33-104.5.) allows you to choose to have your child evaluated by a Colorado Licensed Educator, instead of performing standardized testing at the completion of grades 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11. If you would prefer to have your child's academic progress evaluated instead of having him/her take a standardized test, please consider utilizing our services. |

Virginia law (§22.1-254.1) allows you to choose to have your child evaluated by a person liscensed to teach in any state or person with a master's degree or higher, instead of standardized testing at the end of the school year.
